LASIK AND SQUINT

It's been 13 days since LASIK done on both of my eyes. My vision is fine 6/6 and 6/9 ( squint eye). I had intermittent exotropia prior to LASIK but now it seems that after LASIK it is more frequent and angle is more than before. Whenever I see close things, eye alignment is normal but right eye deviates far and left eye look straight when I focus on far objects ( more than 3 meters). This usually didn't happen prior to LASIK. On pre LASIK squint evaluation doctor advised me to follow up after 2 months and to do convergence exercises.  yesterday I also tried patching but after seeing through my squinted eye with healthy eye patched gave me dizziness. Squint onset age is 6 years and was successfully operated than. It recurred again. Now after how much time should I go for squint surgery because LASIK recovery also needs time and I don't want to mess up my eyes again. I am already very depressed. Vision is fine but eye alignment isn't. Will this squint return again after Squint surgery?
