I have been wearing spects for 15 years and I think now my power is consistent, so I wanted to know whether it's a good time to get laser surgery or not ?

Hello A. Consult local ophthalmologist. He will perform few tests to check corneal topography ,thickness, retinal evaluation. If all are normal then yes ...lasik can be planned

From number stability point, and age wise , it is a good time..rest evaluation will suggest if you are a proper candidate

Prelasik work up is needed to find out whether u r proper candidate for LASIK or not. If pre lasik work up is normal, glass number is constant for last one year , with no local ocular problem , one can be advised LASIK.
Next Steps
book appointment in clinic where LASIK is done routinely.

without pre lasik work up , it is difficult to comment upon anything . U can get it done at any time in year .
