Laser Piles Surgery

2022-03-26 09:46:00
Recently I have had a surgery for my IIIrd grade piles through laser. I was prescribed antibiotic and other medicines which I took on time. Nowadays I notice that there is some burning sensation in my penis after urination. Although before surgery there has been some irritation for some time but now it seems to have increased. What could be the causes? Is it related to my third degree hemorrhoids surgery? Will it go away on its own? What should I do?

Doesn't have much relation with your surgery other than UTI. If you were catheterized for urinary problems after surgery, than have increased chance of UTI again. Take plenty of liquid Get it done urine R/M and C/S.

This problem has nothing to do with ur surgery. It can be bcos of less water intake or urinary tract infection. It might or it might not go on its own.
Next Steps
first of all increase water intake i.e.3-4 liter/day Get urine r/m done

Burning sensation at the end of urination or after urination might suggest urinary tract infection or some vesical calculus irritating the trigone It can also happen because of very concentrated urine Please check if you had this complain before during the summers only If yes then it might just be because of concentrated urine being formed. You can treat this with good fluid intake If not or if the symptoms persists even after doing this then you might need to get checked for uti or vesical calculus. It has no relation with grade 3 hemorrhoids Hope this helps you out
