Large weight Fluctuation in Short Time.

About a year ago I had a fairly active job, and at that time i weighed approximately 156 pounds. I'm now a 6 foot tall man, 22 years old. and then I got a new job where I basically sit down all day. after around 4 months at this job I went from ~150 pounds to 230. I gained 80 pounds in 4 months. its been almost a year since i started exercising and working out and I have lost 30 pounds. I fluctuate between 198 and 206 but I cant seem to lose anymore weight than that. I'd like to be at 180.
