One week of stomach pain and stomach came bigger in right side. today scan taken by consulting doctor.. the report is large heterogeneous cystic lesion in pelvis.. what is the problem in stomach and what will be causes and how to cure...?

Hello Large heterogenous cystic lesion in the pelvis may be arising from - ovaries mostly. You may need to undergo CT scan of the abdomen for proper evaluation. Most likely you may require surgery.
