I have severe pain in the abscess area present at the buttocks and thigh joint area. The abscess has hardened and is approximately 2-3cms. There is no puss however the skin is hard in the area. I feel acute pain and can neither sit or stand. I am suffering with the condition for past 5 days. Currently i am applying Fucicort cream and started the antibiotic amoxicillin from today. Please advise as i am concerned.
