My husband has lower sperm motility by 40 % will it be cured by lifestyle change alone. Do i need to get laproscopy done for tubal patency?

HSG is done first to check tubal patency. Your husband can repeat sperm test after 2-3 months to see if it’s improving or not. If not he may need medicines
