Laproscopy before 1st iui

My husband is having problem of performance anxiety especially during fertile days. Gynaecologist suggested us iui for the same. My blood reports are normal and USG is normal too no cyst nothing. She then asked for hsg to check tubes that is also normal. And now she is asking for laproscopy. I'm not getting why so many tests when everything is normal.please help
