I have undergone laproscopic gall bladder removal 8 days back still have that different kind of discomfort and pain below my right ribcage and back . will it go with time??

Yes. This pain may be because of surgical trauma. And usually settles over few weeks time.  But exact prognosis can ne told by your treating doctor.
