Today I was working on backflips but my right foot landed on my ankle. I think there was a cracking sound but I don't know for sure. It hurt and the round part on the outside of my ankle started to swell. When I rest my foot at an angle and flex, there is a popping sound, like double-jointed. Never happened b4, is it ok? Should I go to a doctor?
