Lactose intolerance
If he take lactose content loose stool will start and currently he taking only zerolac milk powder, boiled vegetables and rice
He is 9 month old and no mother milk available. First one month he was fine and he was taking lactose and after one month suddenly started loose stool and omitting.
You can continue Zerolac formula, since it does not contain lactose. Give all other weaning foods too , introducing them one at a time. After a while, you may try to introduce lactose in small quantities , and do a stool test, to check if his intolerance is permanent or temporary.
