Lactose free milk in pregnancy

Is it safe to drink milk containing lactase enzyme in pregnancy? I have trouble digesting cow milk and tried lactose free milk containing predigested lactose with enzymes. Is it safe to consume such milk everyday?

You could take any milk that suits your gut . If you are taking milk for calcium, there are other supplements and sources as well.
