Lactation problem
Low milk supply. My baby is 47 days old. Not getting enough feed. I am taking galact and satavar also jeere ka paani. Still no help. Bought perinorm tablets over d counter, there is improvment but getting habituated also it has side effects. Therefore unwilling to continue. Pls suggest other remedies also d amount of d herbal remedies to be consumed.
Hi.... if u r taking plain shatavari...take shatavari kalpa....drink atleast 2-3 glass of milk per day.... decrease spicy n sour n salty food from diet.....take moong dal instead of arhar daal in diet....all these will help.....
