Good morning.
I read ur description about ur condition for
these years. I wud like to comment over few
issues that you must understand before
jumping to any conclusion.
You have vaguely informed 4 issue, I will
illustrate again to make it simple for both of us.
1. Concentration and memory problem.
2. Interest and motivation.
3. Mood dysfunction & Anxious feeling.
4. Emotions turmoil and behavioral changes in
form of anger.
1. Concentration : means prolonged attention, it
is genuine to loose prolonged attention towards
anything for hrs, as mind runs too many
"thoughts " at a time.
But, it absolutely not genuine if someone is
unable to sustain attention for seconds and
minutes. Thoughts that hampers ur
concentration can be in form of worries, fear,
apphrension, negative thoughts, images,
situations and many more. These thoughts
continuously alter you focus from present and
push in past or future or nowhere. As you mind
don't get enough focus over anything so it is
unable to store or create memory for it, thus
you feel that you have a memory problem but
actually it's concentration problem.
2. Interest and motivation : are absent when ur
mind don't have clear steps of achieving ur
desired goals or life. Mind has a habbit of
accepting things in pattern ,if random or
puzzled ideas or plan is present ,mind get
problem in processing such plans thus ,u often
don't see solutions for ur desired goals and
finally loose interest and motivation from that
process.
3.Mood disorder & anxiety disorder : also cause
impairment of concentration , interest and
motivation.
4. Emotions and behavioral expression : depends
variably upon above discussed issue ,
personality, psychosocial stressors or any other
illness.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist of ur
choice and discuss in detail about ur Personal,
social, professional , marital , personality ,
psychosocial stress & family factors. Also get
evaluated ur mind conflicts, emotions ,mood ,
behaviour and other factors. Allow Psychiatrist
to perform " Mental state examination " over
you that will give a crystal clear picture of ur
condition.
Health Tips
Do meditation for 20 mins in morning, daily.
Take a adeqate sleep of 7 to 8 hrs .
Take a balanced diet.
