Sir, I am running a race my timing is 7.30 mint I need to complete it in 6 mint. Please suggest me some supplements or tablets that will build my stamina and endurance.

I'm not a believer of supplements. I would advise a healthy nutritious balanced diet with exercises. There is no short cut to endurance. It needs to be built slowly and steadily with dedicated exercise and practice
