If it is your personal assessment, take professional opinion. There are several reasons for weakness.  At the 31 years of age we do not expect osteoporosis and weak bones. Get a physician examination done before going very for tests.

Common tests required to know the status of bone are- Serum calcium, phosphorus, Vit D3,Vit B12. BMD(Bone Mineral Density). But even if u do these tests,u will not able to interpret the results. Any bone disorder has to be ruled out. I advise you to Consult General Physician.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern. I think it would be better if you meet a physician first becaude after examining you, he would be having a better idea as to what tests are required. Usually calcium, phosphorous, vit b12, vit d levels are done along with a Complete haemogram. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

You should consult your physician so that relevant tests could be done after proper evaluation. Usually Serum calcium, S. phosphorus, S. Albumin and Vitamin D levels are the basic tests u may get it done.
