Bilirubin 0.14, wbc 10600, ESR 30 (blood test) these are lab report shows for 40 years female epithelial cells 10-15/hpf (urinary report) any problem?

Dear Practo user, wbc count is on higher side and ESR is raised. Epithelial cells are also present in urine. Need to know the complaints of patient if there is a fever or burning in urine. Bilirubin is normal. Need detail history and reports to solve the problem. Thanks
