Kyphosis due to spine tuberculosis

I was detected with spine tuberculosis since 6 months. I am currently taking akt medicines. Tb is responding well with the medicines. Crp levels have also improved. Weight has also increased. But I have developed kyphosis. And I am having problem when I sit in chair and my spine presses against the support. So do i require any kind of surgery to fix this kyphosis Or this will get resolved when all the pus collection will be drained? Can I live with kyphosis for rest of my life? Will my pain reduce?

Better if you post xray and mri images here to comment . To prevent further progress of kyphosis good to wear TLSO brace , Correct posture while working , etc Don’t skip AKT for sure and Vitamin D supplements.

If kyphosis is not producing any symptoms, then it can be managed with spinal support.

Use TLSO (Taylor brace).. it will help.. If you are improving clinically it means your body is responding to medicine then pus will be drained by drugs only.. Keep AKT for complete schedule as advised by doctor.. dont stop without doctor suggestion even if you are fine..
