Granulo Mastitis- rt. Breast - FNAC Painful, infection, lumps n multiple granulo, is surgery a must? If it is TB, can it be healed with oral anti biotics? If surgery, do they remove breast?

If it is TB WHICH is very uncommon for breast. Antibiotics DOTS regime can treat that. Removing breast is not a chance here.
