Know about the vision PwD category

Inborn ptosis on left eye. Circular and spherical differences on the lens of both the eye, with slight downward projecting of d left eye ball as compare to the ryt eye ball ... And vision with Myopia approx .7 Do this conditions fall under PwD category?

Ptosis covering more than half pupil is considered a disability but if you have 6/6vision with glasses then you can be considered fit for  class 3and 4 . For class one and two services maximum power limit is + -- 4 including cylinder.
