There is knot near on left side of the neck. It has been from 3-4 years and size of knot has increased a bit. There is no pain on the knot.

It most likely is a sebaceous cyst but since it is increasing in size it would be best to get treated early.. Surgical excision will be the course of treatment.. Medicines may not be helpful
