Sir,please tell me any problem in both knees x rays Iam doing job in construction field Daily I will walk in site for work checking 6000 steps And I will climb staircase daily 2 floors 4 to 5 villas Present Iam facing daily knee pains from last 1 week Walking time Standing time Staircase climbing time Some time sleping time. Iam only dependent in construction field only sir If I continue job or not If I continue any problem for both knees Please help 🙏 Any solution sir Thank you
