I have a knee swelling. There is ligament damage. i want to know if there is any way to reduce the swelling in next 4-5 days as i have to take a flight to europe for my wedding on friday

Knee swelling can be taken care with ice every few hours Anti inflammatory will help too Immobilise the knee with crepe bandage to avoid unwanted movements Consult an orthopaedic to rule out sprain
