Its been two days since i had a fall. I fell backwards and i heard a cracking sound from my right knee. Its a bit swollen and it pains on flexon and extension.

First of all don't Put weight on knee i.e standing or walking.  Don't  try to bend the  knee.  Go to an orthopaedic surgeon.
