Moderate joint effusion Contusion in the both condyles of tibia and femur subcutaneous soft tissue edema around the knee joint complete tear of the ACL PCL appear normal in bulk and signal intensity Medial and lateral menisci are normal in bulk and signal intensity Medial and lateral collateral ligaments are normal in bulk and signal intensity visualized muscles show normal signal

She will need surgery to correct deficient ligaments (ACL & PCL Reconstruction) after the inflammation  subsides She should take pain killers, anti inflammatory medicines, brace, rest and ice application
