Doing cycling for past 1 month, sometimes i have either knee/thigh pain that too when I lye on the bed. I feel normal during other times. I experience the pain only when i try to sleep
Pain at resting is a sign of muscular pain which is preceded by muscular overload to the level that the muscle fatigues.... You need to strengthen your knee muscles to bear the load of cycling.....
