Knee pain in right leg

I am obessed with BMI 38 ...I also have hypertension issue but usually it remains in 130/90 ...my morning excercise is walking to keep my  pressure low from 4 months. Recently while walking my right leg starts pains ... It paining near my joints ...I think I have exerted more pressure in right leg ... While knocking my right leg knee ...particular at side of my joints while touching I feel pain ... My right leg knee is paining from 2 days ... Difficultly in. Climbing stares  and squats ... Right side of bone in knee is paining Now it's difficult to do walking excercise ... But I can walk slow but not fast ...

Since ur pain started suddenly after u put excess pressure in ur knee and cant walk fast after that episode , U might have injured ur ligaments due to ur weight.  I would be happy to help you if u could contact me for further management plans.
