Actually i am sufferring from knee stiffness and cracking sound while moving causing servere pain.. Past history chrondrmaclia platella.. Sometimes swelling only on knee part.. It is pressing a lot inside knee joint... Using knee support while sleeping removing.. Two times had fallen from accidental issues while crossing road and playing sports
