For non surgical treatment you would have do to regularly graded exercises under medical supervision by a physiotherapist.the things from and back calf all need to be stronger in order to reduce the impact on the inside of the knee.. exercises 4-5 times a week in the gym but only after u have had a medical supervision and you have been prescribed the exercises by a physiotherapist.
