Impression: near complete tear in the proximal mid substance of the anterior cruciate ligament with mild buckling of the posterior ligament and anterior translation of tibia(grade 3 tear ) .mild suprapatellar joint effusion seen An oblique vertical tear Please reply me . ,this MRI impressions are serious ? need any surgery? Pls helpme
