I had an accident before 4 months and gets plastered But now i have so much pain and likely the joints not get join properly I have done a mri test Kindly tell me as on the behalf of this report operation is needed or not

It is not clear for how much time your leg was kept in plaster. But now you may need surgical intervention like arthroscopy. But this will be decided by the orthopaedic surgeon only. At the most you may take two opinions from different specialists. Don't delay unnecessarily.
