Knee injury

While playing badminton I have injured my left knee and it used to swell whenever I play. So I gave pause for my sporting activities and started doing leg strengthening exercises. I have done MRI as well recently, it doesn't show any abnormality. But still I have little pain during daily activities. how should I take further treatment ?

It might be muscle strain which is causing you the pain.. Try to avoid any activity which increases the pain, take rest and apply ice packs on the affected area thrice daily. if it doesn't subside in 2-3 days, consult a physiotherapist near you
