Knee and back problem
Namaste doctor sir/mam actually since month's i am having so much knee pain and back pain can't even stand more than 1 min properly my whole leg feels like i did running or jogging. And the pain in legs and back we feel even when i do t but idon't even do jogging or running also don't only sit whole day i walk when i get break from my study im just 19 and my whole body feel painful like elders
