I had a knee acl and grade 3 meniscus tear last year in which i didn't have a surgery but tried to heal it with physiotherapy.. but last week I slipped and fell down in which i twisted my knee.. I want to get the surgery done now in the next coming may month as i am a physical education teacher and will get just 1 month break.. is the 1 month of rehabilitation sufficient ?? I humblely request you to kindly guide me

Post ACL reconstruction physiotherapy is required for few months.. in a month's time post surgery you will be able resume your job but involvement in active sports won't be recommended for 6 months
