Hello dear...operation depend on many thinks...like grade of ligament injury,your age...and most importantly your level of physical activity...etc.consulted with orthopaedic and if injuryinjury cm under grade 3 plc go for regular physiotherapy at list 5th 6 month ...thanks

Acl repair is not necessary in patients with less grade tear..... It's the tear grade which suggests the need of surgery..... Plus your symptoms.... Your symptoms direct us to surgery, don't know about the MRI findings...
