Hi, please suggest a good surgeon/orthopedic. Complete tear of ACL and MCL of left knee. Is surgery necessary?

Hey, in complete tear surgery is needed ,you may be having give away sensation while walking , it shows knee instability, consult orthopedic doctor  , any doctor is fine
