Big stones like this should be removed .get full clinical workup done with a functional study of urinary tract like CT urogram to further characterise the stone disease.
Minimally invasive procedures available are ESWl,Mini PCNL,RIRS.
Choice depends on your full clinical assessment and condition of patient,surgical expertise and ease of urologist in doing a particular procedure and availability of adequate equipment support
