Kind 2nd opinion for Stomach ulcer

Endoscopy has detected multiple tiny ulcer in Antrum, RUT - negetive. Doctor has prescribed me Nexpro HP Kit (Clarithromycin, Esomeprazole, Amoxicil). But after 1 - 2 hours of intake my mouth become very bitter. Just seeking for your kind opinion.
