Right kidney measures 10.3×4.2cm and shows two calcui of 8.3 mm in lower pole and 5mm in upper pole with mild PCs dilution. Left kidney measures 10.2×4.9cm and shows calcui measuring 6.3 mm mid pole

Hello well the size of calculi which were mentioned in this is quite big in both the kidneys.. I would suggest you to go for eswl and you would need multiple sessions... You may also required stenting later on.. I would suggest you to meet a urologist and go ahead with the treatment...thank you
