Left kidney is dilated due to obstruction due to stone .. just take plenty of fluids such that u get 2 litres of urine per day .. it may get flushed with urine .. other stones don't need any treatment .. avoid non veg food , restrict salt intake .. repeat a ultrasound after a week and see
