The size of the stone is small at lower ureter. But the worrying part is the contrast extravasation. It is caused by the blockage of urine by the stone in ureter. You need to take adequate fluids. Add tab silodal 4mg 0-0-1 for 10 days. Tab cyclopam 1-0-1 x 5 days. Get serum creatinine and complete blood count done. If pain recurs or u get fever you may need to get the stone fragmented.
