I have a stone of size 8.6mm in ureter and one 3 mm sized stone in kidney. Is laser removal advisable? What arer the side effects of laser removal of kidney stones?

Stone size more than 6 mm is very unlikely to pass by natural way If you have pain and fever Backpressure change you require intervention If stone is upper ureter RIRS is indicative Other options DJ STENT with LITHOTRIPSY
