Hi, I have 1 left kidney stone in midpole size 3.3 mm as stated in the report.  Symptoms sweating profusely and also there is pain in the left side back which radiates slightly to the abdominal side, Groin area. Attached is the report. Please suggest if it will go on its own or if i need any kind off surgery or just any meds will do.

3.3 mm stone in the mid pole is not responsible for your symptoms and hence you must rule out the presence of other stones ….cT abdomen is a good option but even a simple x ray KUB with good bowel preparation may detect any other radio opaque stone in KUB region …. An option much less expensive
Next Steps
X ray KUB

Go for one plain ct abdomen Sometimes in lower ureter stone is not picked by ultrasound. You are having symptoms of that.
