Have PTH level 91 and vit. D3 is 52.4.urine spot calcium is showing 8.64. i have kidney stone problem and had pcnl surgery in aug 2015. last diagnosed was in sep 2017 and it was 8 mm in left kidney and 17 in right kidney. blood calcium is 10.1. Kindly help.

You need evaluation for possible primary hyperparathyroidism. Consult an endocrinologist
