Kidney Stone
Stone in right ureter.present treatment in AIIMS Delhi. Done PCN on 26/07/2017. There is a tube on the back with a urine bag.We thought stone was removed. Today on OPD consulting with doctor we understand that surgery not done. As from west bengal we have some problem understanding Hindi. Want to know patient's present condition. And seek suggestions for further treatment. Attaching THE first OPD slip and that gave after PCN and today's doctor advise slip.
This document only shows that PCN was done. The purpose for doing PCN could be either the kidney is infected or the kidney function is poor. We need to see the scan and blood report to comment on that. Usually 4 weeks is the time for PCN. Then the patient is assessed and further treatment is planned.the important thing is how much urine is coming through that tube in 24 hours. That helps in planning further treatment.
