Kidney Stone problem multiple times

Hi I am having kidney stone. Attached is the report. Having problems for urine as well. Multiple times I got signal for urine however when I try for urinate it doesn't come. Also lot of pain in stone area. Please suggest immediate relief medicine and how to remove all stones. Plz suggest medicines and home remedies as well to overcome this situation. Thanks Sanket
