My father has 4.5×2 cm kidney stone in left kidney.pcnl surgery is suggested to us .Is pcnl surgery good for that big kidney stone.

Usually stones of size less than 6 mm will come out on its own. But this is 4.5 cm * 2 cm . Its a big stone. It cannot come on its own. Definitely PCNL has to be done for a stone of this size.
