What type of medicine or treatment in this situation as per ultra scan report. Mid right ureteric calculus 15mm just after the ilivac vessel crossing causing obstruction and proximal mild hydroureteronephrosis.

Though USG doesn't gives exact stone burden But if reported size is TRUE, then only surgery is treatment. Need CT scan. Need physical examination Kindly consult with details of history investigations for detailed explanation of treatment plan
