Hello Sir, My father was suffering from back pain, upon investigation, the report say "mild hydroureteronephrosis seen due to 8.9mm calculus seen at UV junction of right kidney. And microscopic exams say " Pus cell: 1-2 /hpf & Red cell: 25-30/hpf". Doctor suggested some medicine and said to observe for 10 days & then again us shall be perform for operation

Small stone may pass with reasonable period of time or may remain stuck in the ureter and may potentially damage the affected kidney.if not passing with reasonable drug treatment,endoscopic removal is treatment of choice
