Hello dr. I have a kidney stone in my right kidney measuring about 3×3mm in the calyx. May I know if fluids will help it pass or do I need medications?

Proper hydration will help Small Calyceal stones generally doesn’t have symptoms and no medications are required But if you find any stone passing out, can give for stone analysis to know what type of stone it is
